Adv. Michael Dubin is a trusted legal advisor to business owners, executives and directors. His clients call him when an important decision is on the table, when something starts to get complicated, or simply when they want to check a direction before they move.
He has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2012 and, alongside his law degree, holds a degree in business administration. He looks at every legal question through its business implications as well, and speaks with clients in the language of business.
He has extensive experience working with boards of directors, officers and public companies. He represents and advises companies and businesses in commercial litigation, insolvency and real estate. He focuses his practice on insolvency and debt arrangements, and is regularly appointed by the courts as a trustee.
He works with clients in English, Hebrew and Russian.
